By using MilRoam and purchasing eSIM products or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Digital Product Nature

MilRoam provides digital eSIM products for compatible devices. eSIMs are delivered electronically and may activate automatically upon installation or connection to a supported network.


Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • device eSIM compatibility
  • carrier unlock status
  • destination coverage compatibility

MilRoam is not responsible for incompatibility caused by unsupported or carrier-locked devices.


Service Availability

Coverage, speeds, and network availability may vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • carrier partner
  • local infrastructure
  • temporary outages
  • government or regulatory restrictions

MilRoam does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability in all locations or conditions.


Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to misuse MilRoam services for:

  • unlawful activity
  • network abuse
  • fraudulent activity
  • unauthorized resale
  • excessive or abusive usage violating carrier policies

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the MilRoam Refund Policy.

Unused and unactivated eSIMs may qualify for refund review in certain situations. Activated or used eSIMs are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of eSIM delivery and activation.


Limitation of Liability

MilRoam is not responsible for:

  • indirect or incidental damages
  • travel disruptions
  • third-party carrier outages
  • unsupported device issues
  • customer configuration errors
  • loss of business or personal data

Service is provided on an “as available” basis.


Changes to Services or Policies

MilRoam may update products, pricing, policies, or terms at any time without prior notice.
