Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MilRoam, we want your eSIM experience to be reliable and straightforward. Because eSIM plans are digital products that are delivered instantly, refund eligibility depends on activation and usage status.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

Technical Installation Issues

A refund may be issued if:

  • the eSIM cannot be installed due to a verified technical issue, or
  • a supported network carrier experiences a confirmed connectivity failure,

AND:

  • the eSIM has not been activated, and
  • no data usage has occurred.

All refund requests are reviewed based on activation and network records.


Non-Refundable Situations

Activated or Used eSIMs

Once an eSIM has been activated or any data usage has occurred, the order becomes non-refundable.

Because eSIM plans are delivered digitally and begin provisioning immediately upon activation, even minimal usage is considered a consumed service.


Unused eSIM Refund Window

Unused and unactivated eSIM purchases may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for refund consideration.


Carrier & Network Limitations

Refunds are not provided for temporary service interruptions caused by:

  • carrier outages,
  • country-wide network disruptions,
  • local regulations,
  • government restrictions,
  • unsupported coverage areas.

Service typically resumes automatically once carrier availability returns.


Supported Country Usage

Certain carrier-backed plans are only valid in officially supported countries and regions.

Using an eSIM outside its supported coverage area may result in service suspension without refund eligibility.

Please review plan coverage information carefully before purchase.


Voice & SMS Plans

Any future eSIM plans that include voice calling or SMS functionality may be non-refundable once delivered or activated.
